A Scout is Obedient
The ability to listen well and follow directions, as well as being able to lead and self-initiate, are some of the many hallmarks of Scouts and Scouters. These skill sets are especially important to employers. In so many ways, the Scouting program benefits young men as they prepare for success in their future careers.
